Just decide what it is. Decide that you’ll pay the price to get there.

If it’s easy, if its free, and if it doesn’t come at a cost, then it’s probably not worthwhile.

Think back on the hard fought battles in your life.

Remember when you really wanted something, and decided that you were going to go after it with everything you had?

Was it easy? Probably not.

Was it hard, stressful, uncomfortable, and painful at times?

Probably so.

Was it worth it in the end?

Damn right it was.

If you’re comfortable right now, then you’re standing still.

Don’t be afraid of pain and discomfort.

If it’s painful, or uncomfortable then it means you’re changing.

It means that you’re becoming stronger.

It means that even though you may be uncomfortable in the moment,

You have everything you need,
